SMS Communications & Data Privacy

Blue K Development LLC collects mobile phone numbers exclusively for the purpose of delivering emergency operational alert notifications to enrolled employees through our internal SMS alert program. Mobile numbers collected through our SMS enrollment portal are used solely for this purpose and are never sold, shared, leased, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or any other unrelated purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS message records and enrollment data are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to support active enrollment and comply with applicable regulations. Employees may withdraw consent and opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any alert message received, contacting IT Operations at marketing@bluek.com, or unenrolling through the enrollment portal.
